DEANGELO COLEMAN
2014-15 NAIA All-American Honorable Mention
2015-16 First Team NAIA All-American
One of the building blocks upon which the LSUA men's basketball team laid its foundation of greatness, DeAngelo Coleman was the player who the Generals wanted to have the ball in his hands at crunch time in the team's infancy. With Coleman running the show, the Generals immediately started pumping out win after win as LSUA won the RRAC regular season championship both years he donned the purple & gold. While he shot 46.2% from the field, including a solid 40.7% from above the three point arc, he was never shy about letting his teammates have some fun. Coleman holds eight of the top 13 assist games still today, including a single game record 11 dimes against Louisiana College back on November 30, 2015. When his senior season came to a close, he held the LSUA career records for points, points per game, field goals made, 3 point field goals made, free throws made, and assists. He was named the RRAC's Player of the Year in 2015-16, Newcomer of the Year in 2014-15, and a First Team All-Conference player in both seasons.

BRIAN SYLVESTER
2015-16 NAIA All-American Honorable Mention
2016-17 First Team NAIA All-American
One of the original towers of the LSUA front court, Brian Sylvester was a pivotal piece during LSUA's rapid development from a brand new team to a national power. When opposing teams went into the paint, they knew that was Sylvester's house, whether it be his powerful dunks that tore The Fort down or his volleyball spike blocks which demoralized opponents who dared get near the rim. A career 59.1% shooter in his three years as a General, he first caught everyone's attention in his junior season of 2015-16 when he led the NAIA with 100 blocked shots on the season, a 3 block per game average which was also tops in the country. In that same season, he also shot 60.6% from the field, third best in the NAIA. He was just as good in his senior season of 2016-17, hitting 60.4% from the field and had 71 blocked shots as the Generals went undefeated all the way to the NAIA's Fab Four. He holds the LSUA career records for field goals made, rebounds, rebound average, & blocked shots, which he holds by more than 125 rejections. The first LSUA player ever to hit the 1,000 career points scored milestone, Sylvester was named the RRAC's Defensive Player of the Year all three seasons he was with LSUA while he was also a two-time First Team All-Conference player and added a Second Team All-Conference nod as well.

BRANDON MOSS
2016-17 Second Team NAIA All-American
2017-18 Second Team NAIA All-American
The word "electric" came to mind anytime Brandon Moss took to court while at LSUA. Whether it be the special screen print socks of himself or his high-flying dunks that rocked The Fort, Moss was there to put on a show in his two seasons as a General that saw him named as an All-American both years. In just two short seasons, he became the third, and fastest, General to eclipse the 1,000 career points scored milestone by setting a new career points per game average record at 16.6. In his first season at LSUA, he combined with Gilbert Talbot & Brian Sylvester to form a formidable front court that led the Generals to 34 straight wins en route to the team's first appearance in the NAIA Fab Four. The RRAC's Newcomer of the Year in 2016-17, Moss ended his career a two-time First Team All-Conference performer and was named co-MVP of the 2017 RRAC Basketball Tournament, which was held in Alexandria.

JORDIN WILLIAMS
2017-18 First Team NAIA All-American
Starting your career behind another All-American can prove to be beneficial. For the first two years of his LSUA career, Jordin Williams played alongside fellow All-American DeAngelo Coleman. However, when it was time for Jordin to take the reigns of the Generals, he was ready to do so. His junior season, Williams helped lead the Generals to 34 straight wins and LSUA's first NAIA Fab Four appearance, just setting him up for his 2017-18 senior season where he became an All-American. Knowing more of the scoring load would fall on his shoulders, Williams took the challenge, becoming the first General to average 20 or more points per game in a season, including three games of 30+ points. And when the lights shined brightest, Williams stepped up, scoring a LSUA single game record 38 points on the road against a top-5 ranked LSU Shreveport team, 34 points in the RRAC Tournament Championship Game against Langston, & 31 points in the NAIA Tournament National Championship Game against Graceland. In 2017-18, Williams set LSUA single season records for points scored (713), points per game (20.4), 3 point field goals made (101), free throws made (182), & free throw percentage (.879). He ended his career as the first General to crack 1,500 career points, 200 career made three point field goals, 300 made free throws, & 100 career steals. While already the only General with 300+ career assists, he was just 4 assists away from hitting the 400 assist plateau. He was a First Team All-Conference honoree in his senior season, a year after being named Second Team All-Conference. He was also named the 2018 RRAC Basketball Tournament's MVP.

WILLIAM CLAIBORNE
2018-19 First Team NAIA All-American
From Red River Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year to NAIA All-American, William Claiborne turned into a steady force on the inside for the Generals for four years, finally earning one of the NAIA's top honors in his final season in the purple & gold. When he got his hands on the ball on the offensive end, many more times than not, the Generals were about to get two points. In his All-American season of 2018-19, Claiborne hit 73.9% of his shots to lead all of the NAIA in field goal percentage. Even when defenses were able to deny him the ball on the original offensive set, he would further frustrate opposing teams by easily getting position for offensive rebounds and putbacks. He averaged a NAIA-best  3.9 offensive rebounds per game, many of which led to easy stickbacks for the Generals as LSUA clinched its fourth RRAC regular season championship and clinched its fifth-straight trip to the NAIA National Championship Tournament in the program's fifth season of existence. While leading the team in scoring at 14.6 points per game in 2018-19, Claiborne became just the fifth General ever to eclipse the 1,000 career points scored, finishing his LSUA career with 1,135 points. He also led the team in rebounds at 7.9 per game. After being named second team All-RRAC as a junior, he elevated to the First Team All-Conference as a senior, as well as earning a spot on the All-Louisiana Third Team.

DANYALE BAYONNE
2018-19 Third Team NAIA All-American
One of the key pieces to a turnaround of the LSUA women's basketball team, Danyale Bayonne used her experiences from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette to immediately become a top player in the NAIA, earning LSUA's first ever women's basketball All-American honor by being placed on the third team. While helping the Generals clinch their first ever trip to the NAIA National Championship Tournament, Bayonne was top 10 in the NAIA in scoring by averaging 19.8 points per game, which also led the team. In a record breaking first season with the Generals, Bayonne broke the LSUA single season records of points scored (496), scoring average (19.8), field goals made (179), & free throws made (115). She set the tone for the season early on, scoring 27 points in the second game of the season as the Generals went on the road and upset a NAIA nationally-ranked Loyola Wolf Pack team 77-75. She also scored 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds as LSUA picked up its first ever win over a NCAA Division I team, defeating McNeese State 68-60. For her efforts in her first season at LSUA, along with being named NAIA Third Team All-American, Bayonne was named the RRAC's Newcomer of the Year as well as an All-Conference First Team member and LSUA's first ever member of the All-Louisiana First Team from the Louisiana Sports Writers Association.

ADAM HINES
2015 First Team NAIA All-American

One of the most dominant pitchers to ever put on the Generals uniform, Adam Hines got the national honor after his junior season where he was nearly unhittable. During the 2015 season, he went 10-1 with a save as he helped lead the Generals to the Red River Athletic Conference regular season championship and a berth in the NAIA National Championship Tournament. He accumulated seven complete games, four of which were shutouts during 2015. When the season ended, his 2015 campaign gave him LSUA single season records in ERA (0.96), innings pitched (93.2), victories (10), & shutouts (4). His 0.96 ERA was fourth lowest in the NAIA in 2015, while his 4.71 hits allowed per nine innings was second best, and the .155 batting average off of him was third best that season. He allowed just 11 runs, ten earned, in 2015, both fifth best in the NAIA. He went on to almost completely rewrite the pitching record book by the time his senior season ended in 2016. He was named the RRAC's Pitcher of the Year in both 2015 & 2016, as well was First Team All-Conference both seasons. Cementing his great 2015 season was a spot as First Team All-Louisiana, putting him among some of the college baseball greats in the state of Louisiana, including Division I programs.

BROOKE THOMAS
2014 Second Team NAIA All-American
2015 First Team NAIA All-American
Perhaps LSUA's first pure hitter to enter the line-up, Brooke Thomas was one of the hardest outs to get for opposing teams, and when she got on base, she made them pay with her speed. A career .471 hitter while at LSUA, Thomas had 24 extra base hits, including a LSUA single season record eight triples in 2015. But it was what she did when she got on base that added pressure to the defense. A thief in the night, Thomas broke the LSUA career stolen base record with 67 swiped bags during her two seasons as a General, including breaking the LSUA single season record with 45 successful stolen bags in 2015. Her 88 base hits during her senior season in 2015 holds steady as the best in program history. In the field, she locked down center field, recording 104 put outs in 110 total opportunities while committing just four errors, a .964 fielding percentage with two assists on outs as well. In her two seasons as a General, Thomas helped guide LSUA to its first two NAIA Softball World Series appearances. She was named the Association of Independent Institutions' Player of the Year in 2014 & the Red River Athletic Conference's Player of the Year in 2015. She was also named First Team All-Conference by both the AII & RRAC.

JULINN TORRES
2016 First Team NAIA All-American
2017 First Team NAIA All-American
One of the true big bats during LSUA's rise to national prominence, Julinn Torres proved she needed to be in the line-up from the first day she walked onto campus as a freshman and never left the Generals batting order during a stretch where LSUA qualified for the NAIA Tournament all four years with three trips to the NAIA Softball World Series, including 2017's third place finish. But in her junior & senior seasons of 2016 & 2017 when she made the switch to one of the toughest defensive positions in shortstop where she turned heads. In both of those seasons, she hit above .440, had an on base percentage above .520, & slugging percentages above .800. In her final two years at LSUA, she hit 50 doubles, ten triples, & 25 home runs, all while striking out just 13 times throughout all of her four seasons, an average of three strikeouts per season. In 2016, she set the LSUA single season record for most runs scored with 75, while her senior (26) & junior (24) seasons are the top two marks for most doubles hit in a single season. She ended her four-year career at LSUA as the career record holder in hits (269), runs scored (222), runs batted in (244), doubles (74), home runs (38), & bases on balls (110). The 2017 Red River Athletic Conference's Defensive Player of the Year, she was named First Team All-Conference in both 2016 & 2017.
Torres' Career Stats

RAQUEL GRANADOS
2016 Second Team NAIA All-American
One of the most trustworthy gloves behind home plate for the Generals, "Rocky" Granados put together two solid seasons in both 2015 & 2016, though it was only her senior season of 2016 where she earned the honor. In 2016, she hit higher than .380 for the third straight season with a career high in doubles (16) and tied her career high in home runs (8). But it was her improvement of 18 RBI from the previous season to a career high 64 runs batted in that truly stood out. Behind the plate, she threw out nine base runners trying to steal on her, keeping teams below an .800 success rate in stolen base attempts for the third time in her four years of play. When her LSUA career came to an end, she was tied for the career home run record with 24. She was named First Team All-Conference all four years of her career, twice by the Association of Independent Institutions and twice by the Red River Athletic Conference.
Granados' Career Stats

MARCI WEST
2016 NAIA All-American Honorable Mention
2017 Second Team NAIA All-American
Undoubtedly the most dominant pitcher of LSUA's first decade of softball, Marci West could seemingly strike out any batter she wanted at any time. A holder of two no-hitters during her career as a General, West had at least 20 victories in the circle all three years she wore the purple & gold, including two trips to the NAIA Softball World Series, including 2017's third place finish. In the two seasons where the NAIA honored her, she picked up 52 total wins compared to ten losses, to go along with six saves and an ERA around 1.50 with 308 strikeouts compared to just 70 bases on balls. Needless to say, her name is littered all throughout the LSUA single season pitching records, especially her 2016 & 2017 seasons. By the time her senior season ended in 2017, she had completely re-written the LSUA career pitching record book as well, including lowest ERA (1.56), most wins (72), most complete game shutouts (21), most saves (6), & most strikeouts (409). West was the Red River Athletic Conference's Pitcher of the Year in both 2016 & 2017 and was First Team All-Conference both seasons as well.
West's Career Stats

DANELLE BILLINGS
2017 First Team All-American
Not a bad way to come in for one season of work. In her only season at LSUA, "Dani" Billings came in swinging, and made a lot of heavy contact along the way. In the 2017 season where she helped crush LSUA's way to a third place finish in the NAIA Softball World Series, Billings broke the LSUA single season records for runs batted in (81), home runs (19), & slugging percentage (.895). She also added 17 doubles to her stat line as she finished the season a .465 hitter while also ending with 30 base on balls. For her efforts, she was named the Red River Athletic Conference's Player of the Year & Newcomer of the Year in 2017, as well as First Team All-Conference.

Tennis

SARA ANDRADE
2017 Second Team NAIA All-American
One of the pillars which helped the LSUA tennis team quickly rise from a new team to a national contender, Sara Andrade quickly asserted herself as the team's number one. She immediately started dominating the opposition, earning her a top ranking as both a singles player and doubles tandem from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. In her senior season of 2017, the Generals rode Andrade's play all the way to the NAIA Tournament quarterfinals, marking the first time LSUA made the NAIA's last eight teams and ensuring a top-10 ranking from the NAIA in the postseason poll for the first time in program history. During that 2017 season, she finished singles play with an 8-8 record in the #1 spot, with seven matches left unfinished, where she met up with eight other ITA ranked players. In doubles, she teamed with Gisela Amor to go 17-6 as the LSUA's #1 team. She was twice named RRAC Player of the Week during her 2017 campaign. In the rankings, she finished #33 in singles & #12 in doubles with Amor.

ALBA PERNY
2018 First Team NAIA All-American
A one-year player for the Generals, Perny came in and immediately took over the top spot vacated by previous NAIA All-American Sara Andrade. In her one season at LSUA, Perny helped guide the Generals back to the NAIA Tournament quarterfinals for the second straight season, all while getting herself into the top ten in the singles rankings put out by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. In 2018, Perny went 15-2 in singles, including six wins over ranked opponents. two of which were also in the top ten, while accumulating a 13-5 record in doubles with teammate Laia Charles. Perny & Charles, who formed LSUA's top duo, finished with two wins over top-20 ranked teams on their way to a #10 ranking by the ITA. Perny was a three-time RRAC Player of the Week during the 2018 season.

MILJANA MILOJEVIC
2018 Second Team NAIA All-American
2019 NAIA All-American Honorable Mention
Jumping right into the fire as a freshman, Milojevic moved her way quickly up the ranks of the LSUA tennis team all the way into the #2 spot in singles. On the year she went 9-8 in singles play, but finished extremely strong, going 6-1 over her last eight singles matches of the year. On the doubles side, she was 12-5 on the year on LSUA's #3 team, but it was her team's win in doubles in the NAIA Tournament match against William Carey that proved pivotal to help the Generals get revenge from an earlier loss against the Crusaders and move on to the quarterfinals for the second straight season. She earned the RRAC Player of the Week award on March 5, 2018.

PATRICIA PEREZ
2019 Second Team NAIA All-American
Perez made an incredible jump from her freshman to her sophomore seasons, taking a spot on the #2 doubles tandem while locking down the #2 singles spot for LSUA throughout the entire season. While her record may not pop, 6-4 in doubles and 3-3 in singles, it was her consistency in the end that got her an All-American honor. In the postseason, Perez notched a 3-1 record in doubles, helping give the Generals advantages heading into singles. In singles action, she cemented her spot as a top player in the NAIA on April 7, 2019 when she pulled off an upset of a top-10 ranked player in the ITA-NAIA standings, giving LSUA its only point against a Xavier squad that was top-5 in the NAIA rankings all season long.
