Generals Keep Win Streak Alive Against Tigers

ALEXANDRIA, LA-The Generals are on a roll as the 99-67 victory over the Paul Quinn Tigers has given them a four-game win streak before heading into the Christmas break.
 
From start to finish the Generals dominated, going into halftime up 41-26. The Generals forced 18 turnovers on the Tigers which the Generals converted to 17 points. The Generals also grabbed 48 rebounds compared to the 31 the Tigers were able to snatch. 
 
Both JD Allen and EJ McQuillan poured in 20 balls as Allen had 22 points and McQuillan drained in 20. Natt and Perry also saw double digits on the night.
 
Freshman, Terrance James, also saw a lot of floor time for the first time the season, playing 19 minutes making a major impact leading in rebounds with 10 and had 3 steals. Newcomer, Grant Kemp, also stepped up in his point guard role leading the team in assist with 8.
 
The Generals will enjoy a restful break before heading back to campus to prepare for the next conference match-up against the Steers of Texas College on January 4th. Tip-off is set for 7:30 PM.
