It has been a great week for the Generals, as Jordan Ardoin picked up his second RRAC player of the week award. The Generals celebrated their senior day this past weekend and they're in a good position overall. LSUA, who are comfortably heading to the conference tournament, took an exhibition game against division 1 McNeese State University for some extra preparation. Even though the result did not go their way, LSUA put up a good fight, and got some high level and competitive innings under their belt. 
McNeese took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the 1st. The Generals tied the score in the top of the 4th, as Jordan Ardoin reached first on a fielders choice, Cameron Daigle got out at 3rd, and Zach Mengarelli got home. The game was tied 1-1 right up until the bottom of the 8th, where McNeese scored 7 times. LSUA could not respond and the game finished 8-1 in favor of McNeese. 

Next up for the Generals is a trip to Tyler, Texas to take on Texas college in a 3-game series.
