GAME ONE: LSUA 1, RAMS 3
Haley Fontenot came into the game swinging for the fences, literally, as she homered over center field to put the Generals on the board early. However, the Generals struggled to get on base and bring runs in, in later innings.
GAME TWO: LSUA 2, RAMS 1
Game two fell in favor of the Generals as the Rams were able to score in the first inning of play, but
Madi Baker's shot over left field brought Layton around and Baker in, putting the Generals up 2-1.
Haley Primrose picked up another win in the circle as she pitched all seven innings for the Generals allowing only one run and five hits.
The Generals will continue their road trip as they head on over to William Carey University in Mississippi for doubleheader action with the Lady Crusaders. Game one on Wednesday, March 13
th will start at 1:00 PM.
