ALEXANDRIA, LA-The Generals continued their run in the 2024 Red River Athletic Conference Tournament taking on the Gold Nuggets of Xavier University, falling 64-41. 
 
In a game where it's survive and advance, you can't afford to come out slow, which is what happened with the Generals as they could not get into a rhythm offensively only scoring 2 points in the 1^st quarter of play. 
 
Coming into the 2^nd quarter, the Generals started to come alive, scoring 15 points, but the hole they dug themselves into was too deep to overcome. 
 
Martin-Hartwick was the only General in double-digit figures with 11 points.
 
The Generals will await the NAIA selection show on Thursday to see if their season ended at the semis, or if there's still a chance to play in the NAIA Tournament.
