ALEXANDRIA, LA- The Generals took the stage for the Tournament Champion title on Sunday, March 3^rdagainst the Mustangs of the University of the Southwest, coming out on top with the 90-72 victory. 
 
Coming into the game, the Generals knew there was still a job to be finished, Kashie Natt got on the board first starting the moment, but after JD Allen hit 3 back-to-back three's the whole arena became electric. 
 
Keeping their foot on the gas, the Generals dominate on both ends of the floor leaving no doubt who would be named Champions. 
 
Natt finished the night with 24 points as Allen also had a 20 ball of his own hitting four three-point shots. Jason Perry and Isaiah Howard also saw double-digit figures. The Generals also won the battle of the boards outrebounding the Mustangs 38-26.
 
After the final buzzard went off, there was also more to celebrate other than the 2024 Red River Athletic Conference Tournament Championship. Kashie Natt was named tournament MVP and All-Tournament team, and JD Allen joined Natt on the All-Tournament Team as well. 
 
The Generals will now await the selection show to see when and where they will go for opening rounds of the NAIA Tournament.
