LSUA won both its matches last week to improve to 5-1-0 in RRAC play.

Sacha Backus scored back-to-back goals in the last 15 minutes against Texas A&M-Texarkana to come away with a 2-1 win over the Eagles. Linnea Lundstroem had a second-half hat trick against Jarvis Christian.
Sara Escribano Garcia-Miguel leads the Generals with eight goals and 19 points.
Yanira Herraez recorded a pair of wins last week and holds a goals against average of 1.50.
SCOUTING NORTH AMERICAN
North American University 1-11-1 overall and 1-5-1 in RRAC play. They won their first RRAC match of the year with a 3-0 win over Texas College last week.
The Stallions have scored eight goals and allowed 45. Genevieve Colon leads NAU with four goals and 11 points. Arely Sarabia has started all 13 matches in goal and made 83 saves.
LSUA is 2-0-0 all-time against North American. They recorded a 4-0 win last season in Houston.
SCOUTING A&M VICTORIA
The Jaguars enter the week with a record of 7-2-3 overall and a 4-1-1 mark in RRAC play. They have won their last two matches and take on (RV) Xavier on Thursday before playing the Generals on Saturday.
A&M-Victoria has scored 36 goals and averages 3.00 goals per game. They have allowed just 13 for a goals against average of 1.08. Alyoni Garcia lads the Jaguars with 13 goals and 29 points. Jamie Noriega has made eight starts in goal. She has allowed 10 goals and made 38 saves.
The Generals are 6-5-2 all-time against the Jaguars. A&M-Victoria slipped past LSUA last season with a 1-0 victory.
