LAKE CHARLES, LA – The Louisiana State University of Alexandria women's basketball team lost their exhibition to NCAA DI McNeese State University.
 
Blair Smith led the Generals with 12 points, including a 7-for-7 mark at the free throw line. Smith also led LSUA with six rebounds. Kelly Norris finished with eight points and five rebounds.
 
The Cowgirls had six players finish with 10 more points. Tyreona Sibley led McNeese with 17 points. The Cowgirls shot 48.8 percent from the floor and recorded 48 rebounds, 22 of which came off the offensive glass.
 
LSUA opens Red River Athletic Conference play on Tuesday, November 24, at Louisiana Christian in the Red River Rivalry.
