Coming out of the break, Amani Gray converted a layup to tie the game at 19-19. Martin-Hartwick then picked up a pass from Alexis Dyer, who recorded a steal, and gave the Generals a 21-19 lead.

A layup from Young and a three-point play from Jewel Jones a minute later put LSUA ahead 26-22.

After the Rams pulled within one, 30-29, a three-point play from Reese Stephens and a layup from Young made it 35-29. The Generals went into the final quarter with a 35-32 lead.

The Rams tied the game at 35-35 with a three to open the fourth, before taking a slim lead 41-39.
