Partridge joined the Generals for the 2025 season.

Upon completion of the 2025 season, the LSUA Softball staff was named the NFCA NAIA Region I Coaching Staff of the Year.

He was the head softball coach at South Lafourche High School in 2024. Prior to his stop at South Lafourche, Partridge skippered Anacoco where he coached three years and posted a 68-26 record, including twice finishing as Class C State Runners-Up

He was named  Class B Softball Coach of the Year in 2021 while coaching Anacoco..

Partridge also was the head baseball coach at Natchitoches Central from 2017-2019, making the playoffs both seasons, posting a 38-22 record. He also was the head baseball coach at Florien High School from 2007-2017, posting a 215-113 record, including multiple trips to Sulphur and the 2015 State Championship.
