Louisiana State University at Alexandria

Coach Johnson comes to LSUA in his first season as an Assistant Coach. Previously he worked under Coach Lori Davis Jones at Southeastern Louisiana University as a Student Assistant. He spent his time at southeastern learning and conforming to the college game. As an athlete, Johnson Helped Hahnville HS to the TOP 28 Semifinals(2006) and was Letterman all four years at Hahnville High with 5A Honorable mention. He went onto play at Southern University of New Orleans (SUNO).

At New Orleans 2007-2008 and started the last 13 games as a freshman. Prior to his experience as a student assistant at southeastern, he coached Women's Intramural Travel Basketball team to 3 state tournaments and 2 regional tournaments while attending Southeastern Louisiana University.

Johnson graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in General Studies concentrating in Coaching. He and his wife, Shalicia, reside in Alexandria.
