Tillotson was hired as the Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Affairs in September 2024. She joined the Generals staff as an assistant coach for the 2024 season, after playing three seasons for LSUA.
During her time as a player, Tillotson appeared in 27 games with 21 starts. She scored a trio of goals during the 2023 season, including the game-winning marker on October 19 against Our Lady of the Lake. Her first career goal came on September 28, 2023 at home against Texas College. She earned Second Team All-RRAC honors, and was named to the RRAC All-Tournament for her efforts in the 2023 season.
Prior to LSUA, Tillotson played at the University of Arkansas-Rich Mountain. She appeared in 34 games and made 32 starts. Tillotson was a mainstay in the Bucks' back line that tallied three clean sheets in 2021. She tallied one goal and six assists in her final season at UARM. She scored her lone goal on the season against National Park College and tallied a pair of helpers in a 10-0 victory over Redlands Community College.
Tillotson attended Sherman High where she was named the 2019-20 Sherman Girls Soccer MVP and was named a 5A Region 2 District 10 First Team All-District player. In 2018-19, Tillotson earned 5A Region 2 District 10 Second Team All-District honors. She was chosen as the 2016-17 Sherman Girls Soccer Newcomer of the Year.
