The LSUA women's basketball team began another battle on the road as they took on the USAO Drovers at the Queens Classic hosted by Wayland Baptist, falling 60-88.Â

The Generals started the first period strong keeping the game close, leading all the way up until the last minute before going into the second period with a score of 13-18.  Following a strong 1
st period, the Generals kept battling trying to keep the game close and pull ahead, going into half only trailing 22-33. However, coming out of half, USAO was able to pull away and secure the win.

Leading scorer for the Generals was senior Alex Harrison, who had 19 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assist, and 1 steal. 10 of Harrison's points came from her taking full advantage of the Drovers fouling, going 10-11 from the free-throw line.
Amani Gray also was able to help the Generals by bringing in 14 points of her own going 2-3 from the 3-point line and going 4-4 from the free-throw line.Â

The Generals will be taking on Wayland Baptist for Day 2 of the Queens Classic on November 12
