Generals Stun Saints

 ALEXANDRIA, LA- The Generals moved to an overall record of 11-3-0 and 8-1-0 in RRAC play after defending the home pitch against the Saints of Our Lady of the Lake University. The 4-1 victory also extended the Generals win streak to eight in a row. 
 
After over 20 minutes of play, it was Generals, Hannah Carter, who would put on past the Saints keeper giving the Generals the 1-0 lead. Tillotson, doing Tillotson things, headed one in shortly after with the help of a corner kick from Sorensen. 
 
Right before going into halftime, Ferla and Bermejo added two more goals giving the Generals the 4-0 lead. Strong defense kept the Generals in the game for the second half of play, allowing only one goal from the Saints.
 
The Generals will back at home on Saturday, October 21st, taking on the Jaguars of Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Kick-off at The Trenches is set for 1:00 PM.
