ALEXANDRIA, LA- The number four seeded Generals met up with crosstown rivals, the Wildcats of LCU that drew the fifth seed for the RRAC Quarterfinals game. The Generals came out with the 3-2 victory and will move on to the semifinals.
 
After a rough matchup with the Wildcats at the beginning of conference, the Generals knew they would have to come out onto the pitch and leave no doubt.
 
Alexia Bermejo would score the first goal of the game in the first half of play, but LCU would answer back minutes later making it a tied game. However, Micaela Nunes, would put the Generals ahead before heading into halftime.
 
Minutes into the second half of play, Remmie Ferla, slipped another by the Wildcats keeper giving them some extra breathing room as the Generals now lead 3-1.
 
Despite LCU creeping back in with their second goal late in the second half, the Generals held their ground and came out victorious in The Trenches.
