ALEXANDRIA, LA- The Generals and Wildcats of LCU were originally set to play a double-header on April 11
th, but bad weather rolling into Alexandria cut game two short after the Generals took game one in a tight 9-8 win.Ā

The Generals were able to meet up with the cross-town rivals to finish out their series on April 25
th, picking up where they left off before the game was called due to lightning in the third inning with a score of 0-0.

Strong pitching and defense from both sides kept the game scoreless up until the 6
thĀ inning where LCU would score the one and only run of the game winning, 1-0 over the Generals.Ā

The Generals, now 23-19 overall and 16-8 in RRAC play, will be taking on the Eagles of Texas A&M- Texarkana, at home on Sunday, April 30
th. Double-header action will take place at 2:00 PM and will be the last home game for the Generals this season before heading to the conference tournament.Ā
