The Generals took a grueling trip to Hobbs, NM earlier this week to take on the University of the Southwest. LSUA knew that nothing but a win would make their lengthy travels worth it! The Mustangs did not make it easy for the Generals, but LSUA showed their class to grab a well earned 88-81 victory. JD Allen and Kashie Natt led the way in scoring with 21 points each. 

After a great win in game one, the Generals hopped back on the bus and headed for Dallas, TX. After little rest, LSUA were faced with the task of taking down Paul Quinn, which is never an easy game. The Generals started strong in game two and built up a 15 point lead by half time. This was too big of a gap for Paul Quinn to recover, and LSUA came out on top once again with a 80-66 Victory. Jason Perry II was the star of the show for the Generals as he knocked down 24 points. 

The Generals now, 15-5 overall and 13-2 in RRAC play, will be back at The Fort on February 8^th, taking on Xavier University. Tip-off for this game is set at 7:30 PM.
