ALEXANDRIA, LA – EJ McQuillan of the Louisiana State University of Alexandria men's basketball team has been named a Second Team NAIA All-American, the NAIA announced today.
 
McQuillan averaged 20.4 points per game of the Generals this season, helping guide the team to a NAIA National Championship appearance. He shot 39.5% from the field and 38.5% from long range. McQuillan added a team-high 78 assists, 36 steals, and four blocks.
 
Twice in the 2025-26 season, McQuillan recorded at least 40 points. He tied the LSUA single-game points record on October 31 against Texas Wesleyan before putting up 40 points against Texas A&M-Texarkana on December 13.
 
McQuillan was named a All-Red River Athletic Conference First Team selection.
