ALEXANDRIA, La. – The Louisiana State University of Alexandria women's tennis team heads to New Orleans for the ITA NAIA Gulf Regional Championship.
"This is a great tournament," LSUA Head Coach
Melinda Descant said. "Especially for freshmen who are coming in and haven't seen the collegiate level. It's a chance for them to be able to experience it for the first time and develop them as a player. They're going to learn a lot from each match they play during the tournament."
Hosted by Xavier University of Louisiana, the Gulf Regional Championship runs from Friday, September 27 through Sunday, September 29.
