PREVIEW | No. 4 Generals Face Steers in Road Contest

Presented by Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

ALEXANDRIA, La. – The No. 4 Louisiana State University of Alexandria men's basketball team travels to Texas College for a Red River Athletic Conference game on Saturday, January 18.

"Texas College is a tough place to play," LSUA Head Coach Dimario Jackson said. "TC has some guys who can score the basketball. They are physical. Our level of focus on every aspect of the game has to be there Saturday. We have to play our brand of basketball. We have to execute defensively and offensively, as well as make free throws. Our guys are ready. We got embarrassed at that gym last season."

The Generals (16-1, 13-1 RRAC) are coming off a pair of victories last week against Texas A&M-Texarkana, 77-72, and Jarvis Christian University, 63-60. LSUA has won 10 straight games.
