STERLINGTON, LA – The Louisiana State University of Alexandria baseball team went 2-0 for the first day of the Cajun Collision.
"Today was a good day," LSUA Head Coach Kody Gautreaux said. "
Michael Sutton did an amazing job in game one of mixing well and being able to keep Central Baptist off balance long enough so our offense could score. Game two with the wind blowing out, our offense was able to explode throughout the first couple of innings and give us a big enough lead to hold the rest of the game. Super pleased with how the guys played today and we're looking forward to coming out and doing it again tomorrow."
