MOBILE, TN – The seven-seeded Louisiana State University of Alexandria women's tennis team was eliminated in the NAIA National Championship Quarterfinal, 4-2, by two-seeded Lindsey Wilson College (Ky.).


 
The Generals dropped the first two doubles pairings as the Blue Raiders claimed the doubles point. The third doubles pairing was halted.
 
In singles, Nahia Echaide defeated Mayra Gisone 6-4, 6-4, in the top singles dual. Isabella Stuurman recorded a 6-3, 6-4 victory in the second singles spot.
 
The Blue Raiders captured the three through five singles duals and clinched the match. Esthella Valentina Gonzalez Saiza battled back in the sixth spot after dropping the first set, leading 6-5 when the match was clinched for Lindsey Wilson.
