Box Score HOBBS, NM- In the first match up between the Mustangs and the Generals earlier in the season at The Fort, the Mustangs were able to come out on top with the 67-63 win, so the Generals were looking for redemption as they played the Mustangs on their home court. 
 
Raegan Ojoro and Jade Brumfield left it all out on the court for the Generals in their 78-65 win over the Mustangs as they both poured in 16 points each, and Dannah Martin-Hartwick was also able to contribute 14 points of her own. On top of multiple Generals scoring double digits, they also took advantage of getting to free-throw line as they shot a 93% going 28-30, Jones with the perfect 8-8. 
 
On the defensive end, the Generals were also able to cause the Mustangs to have 29 turnovers and accumulate 17 steals, 6 of which were by Alex Harrison. Overall, the team was able to play well on both sides of the ball to pick up the win. 
 
The Generals will be back at The Fort taking on the Bulldogs of Jarvis Christian as their regular season slowly comes to an end. Tip-off is set for 5:00 PM.
