LONGVIEW, Texas – Remmie Ferla became the Louisiana State University of Alexandria women's soccer team's all-time goals leader in the Generals 13-0 win over Texas College (0-6-0, 0-5-0) RRAC.

Mark Hammond said. "To do it in only one and a half years, when it was set by a five-year player is incredible. In terms of the game today, I think we deserved today and played well."
Ferla tallied a career-high five goals against the Steers, but it was her hat trick which cemented her name in the record book.
"It's a great feeling to go in the books," Ferla said. "It's great for the whole team, I can't score goals without everyone putting their shifts in."
The Generals' (4-3-1, 3-0-1 RRAC) offense opened the flood gates in the 39
th minute with an unrelenting outpouring of goals. Ferla was on the score sheet first, followed by
Alexia Bermejo Jo, and
Ellen Meijer. The trio combined for five goals in four minutes.
Ferla's record marker was the sixth of the contest after
Sofia Jimeno Nogue played her inside the box with five minutes to play in the first half.
Just five minutes into the second half, Ferla struck again for her fourth. Her final goal of the contest came in the 57
th minute.
Jessie Eijbersen notched goals in the 64
th and 76
th minutes.
Ksenija Pavlovic completed a hat trick, scoring three goals in the second stanza.
Sarah Nalley closed the scoring for the Generals slipping lucky 13 into the net in the 86
th.
LSUA is back in action on Saturday, October 5, when they travel to Jarvis Christian. Kick-off is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
