Box Score HOBBS, N.M. – The Louisiana State University of Alexandria women's basketball team took down the University of the Southwest (N.M.) in a Red River Athletic Conference game, 66-63.
 
"It was a really good road game for us," LSUA Head Coach Billy Perkins said. "I'm proud of our team after a long bus drive."
 
Benedetta Peracchi led the Generals (8-2, 5-1 RRAC) with 19 points. She finished 6-for-10 from the field and knocked down seven free throws. Dannah Martin-Hartwick recorded 18 points.  She went 5-for-8 from the field and 6-for-7 at the charity stripe. Blair Smith (13)  also recorded a double-digit scoring effort.
 
The Generals take on Paul Quinn College on Saturday, December 7. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 PM in Dallas, Texas.
