Presented by Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

ALEXANDRIA, La. – The Louisiana State University of Alexandria baseball team opens the 2025 season against a pair of ranked opponents, No. 12 Kansas Wesleyan and No. 13 Mid-America Christian.

"We are excited to get the year going and no better way to start the season then against two of the best teams in the country.," LSUA Head Coach Kody Gautreaux said. "Opening up with Kansas Wesleyan is a great opportunity early in the year to test ourselves against a team coming off of a world series run. We also have the great opportunity to play MACU on Saturday who will test us with a deep returning lineup. We have been working for many months for this opportunity to showcase our team and prove that we can compete with some of the best teams in the NAIA. We are excited and ready for the challenge."
