ALEXANDRIA, LA -- Ivan Capurro of the Louisiana State University of Alexandria men's soccer team has been named the Red River Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced earlier this week.

Capurro made four saves in a 2-1 win over No. 5 William Carey University.

He is the first LSUA player to earn an RRAC Player of the Week honor in the 2025-26 year.
