THE GENERALS

Michael Sutton continues to lead the pitching staff with a 4-2 record. He has tossed 36.1innings holding an ERA of 2.48 and a WHIP of 1.18. Sutton has recorded 27 strikeouts, while holding the lowest opponent batting average on the staff, keeping opposing hitters to a .221 average. LSUA has a team ERA of 5.67 and a WHIP of 1.69.

The Mustangs are 7-17 on the season overall, 2-6 in the Red River Athletic Conference. Their home record is 7-9 after losing two of the three games against Louisiana Christian University last week.
