THE GENERALS
LSUA enters the week with a record of 6-3. They beat Florida National University, 4-0, in their last outing.
Nahia Echaide is ranked No. 11 in the ITA's NAIA Women's Tennis Singles Rankings, while Isabella Sturrman came in at No. 18. In doubles, Echaide and
Lucie Ivanova are raked No. 20 by the ITA.
Echaide is 7-1 in singles, playing all matches at the top spot. Stuurman is 6-2 on the season with all her matches coming from the number two spot.
In doubles, Ivanova is 8-0 on the year after picking up a pair of doubles wins against St. Thomas University (Fla.) and Florida National University.
Sunday's match against Texas A&M-Texarkana will be Senior Day.
Joline Roesch will be honored as the Generals' lone senior prior to the match.
SCOUTING NO. 15 LOUISIANA CHRISTIAN
The Wildcats are 9-4 on the season and 3-0 in RRAC contests. They are 3-3 when playing on the road.
Raquel Coelho Rodrigues is 5-6 on the season in singles. All five of her wins have come at the number two singles position. Valeria Coelho is 8-4 out of the third spot.
In doubles, Coelho Rodrigues and Coelho are 9-4 as the second doubles pairing. Ana Sofia Ferrer Martinez and Akari Uchiyama are 8-4 when playing as the third pairing.
SCOUTING (RV) LEWIS-CLARK STATE
The Warriors are 9-6 on the season and have won four consecutive matches.
Naiara Montero is a combined 6-2 when playing number two or three for the Warriors and is 6-4 in her last 10 matches. Rayana Shah is also 6-4 over her last 10 matches.
In doubles, the Warriors have posted a 16-29 record as a team. They are 6-9 in the third pairing.
SCOUTING NO. 5 WILLIAM CAREY
The Crusaders are 9-2 on the season and 5-0 in Southern States play. They have won their last five matches.
Victoria Vieten has recorded a 9-1 record as the Crusaders top singles player. Jian Kang has posted an 8-1 mark in the number two singles spot and has five consecutive wins. William Carey has not lost a singles dual in conference play.
In doubles, Vieten and Isabella Lechuga have posted an 8-2 record as the top pairing. Kang and Tiffany Chang have recorded a 5-2 record through seven matches as the second pairing.
SCOUTING NO. 23 TEXAS A&M-TEXARKANA
The Eagles are 21-3 on the season and 7-2 when playing away from home.
Ana Gonzalez and Andrea Castillo have both recorded 20 wins in singles duals. Castillo has suffered just one loss, while Gonzalez has three.
In doubles, Gonzalez has racked up a team-high 20 wins. Behind her is Lucia Siddens with 19.
